| Located in the heart of the PANACAM National Park is the PANACAM Lodge tourist center. Its facilities include accommodations for 110 people in comfortable mountain cabins, a conference room fully equipped with audio-visual technology and a complete lodge restaurant. During your stay at Los Pinos PANACAM Lodge, you can enjoy a variety of different activities such as: bird watching, 15 kms of walking/hiking trails that lead to beautiful waterfalls, camping, and plant and wild life studies. Every year the center is visited by both national and international university students. The center provides services to different NGO’s, municipalities, schools and churches who use the center to hold workshops and spiritual retreats.
Ubicado en el corazón del Parque Nacional Cerro Azul Meambar (PANACAM) es el centro turístico "PANCAM Lodge". Sus instalaciones cuentan con alojamiento para 110 personas en cabañas comodas de montaña, una sala de conferencia equipada con tecnología audio-visual y un restaurante completo de montaña. Durante tu estadia en el Los Pinos PANACAM Lodge, puedes disfrutir una variedad de actividades tales como observación de aves, caminatas por senderos de 15 kms que conducen a cataratas hermosas, cámping y estudios de flora y fauna. Cada año estudiantes universitarios nacionales y internacionales visitan el centro. También el centro proporciona servicios para ONGs, municipalidades, escualas e iglesias que usan sus instalaciones para talleres y/o retiros espirituales.
A tourist promotional office opened in San Pedro Sula in 2007 to provide reservation and transportation services for national and international tourists who come to Honduras looking to enjoy some high quality eco-tourism experiences.
