During this month of November, La Naturaleza Tourist Center was recognized by AMUPROLAGO (Association of Municipalities of Lake Yojoa), ICF (Institute of Forestry Conservation), and MIAMBIENTE+ (Ministry of Energy, Natural Resources, Environment, and Mines of Honduras) for continually implementing good practices in environmental monitoring and control, basic sanitation, and environmental education programs, programs which are framed and mandated by the watershed management plan approved by ICF and implemented by AMUPROLAGO.
